CERV-2026-CITIZENS-CIV-ENGAGEMENT-ELECTIONS
The GoGlobal project aims to develop insights on how best to carry out a first official global direct democratic e-vote with potentially 5.5 billion people easily participating – they are aged 16+ and use the World Wide Web on a daily basis. We will develop in 4 phases a first test vote with several thousand students from three major European university.
